as much as carmilla was over the top and cheesy af and just plain weird a lot of the time, this stupid vampire show has one of the best representations of queer friendship groups I’ve ever seen.

like, everyone was queer, and the straight people were anomalies. Kirsch was literally a token straight guy. and we’ve all been in those gay packs in life, it was so nice to see that acknowledged and never addressed because it’s actually super normal for that to happen??????
