Who initiates the first Supercat kiss?

I kind of always lean towards Kara when it comes to initiating the first kiss. I feel as though Cat has a few major insecurities when it comes to Kara. Like Kara has this long prospering career and life ahead of her and Cat doesn’t want to taint that. She doesn’t want to subject Kara to the scrutiny of not just being with her boss and someone older, but being with Cat in general. Cause she’s “heartless” and the “ice queen”. And I feel as though Cat thinks it’s selfish to make a move on Kara and being selfish with Kara is one of the things she won’t do. Cat isn’t necessarily concerned with what people will say of her cause people have always talked shit about her, but she doesn’t want that on Kara. Sweet Sunny Smiling Danvers, Cat doesn’t wanna take that away from her. And with the things that people will say about Kara for being with Cat, Cat thinks will really hurt Kara and she doesn’t want that. I think she also doesn’t want to be the one crossing the boss/employee line cause Cat knows what it’s like to have a boss come onto you. I’m sure Cat has had multiple incidents during her career where she’s been propositioned by her boss and Cat doesn’t want to make Kara feel like she’s putting Kara in that position even though that’s far from what her intent is. So even though I feel as though both of them are hesitant, Cat is the more stubborn and will try very hard to keep her feelings for Kara hidden.
