The OTW is TEN YEARS OLD THIS YEAR you guys. It honestly both feels like forever ago and like it was yesterday.  It was one of the craziest best things I’ve ever done and I can honestly say that helping to found the OTW and the AO3 taught me more than anything else in my life (and that includes a PhD and having children). It’s a really special thing we made: my favorite fanwork!
